Each garden room and outbuilding is constructed on concrete pad foundations with heavy duty steel feet or structural ground screws. The steel feet or screws can be adjusted to accommodate uneven ground surfaces whilst also allowing a void underneath the structure to allow the free flow of air underneath – eliminating any risk of condensation or rising damp. We use traditional timber and modern cold formed steel framed construction which allows total flexibility in the design, construction and finished product. For example, you can decide the exact location of any doors and windows during construction. You can tailor the garden room or building to suit your specific needs and we offer you the ability to choose bespoke sizes.
It is an important part of the way that we work that the products we produce are of the highest quality. We aim to use only the right materials for each project and are able to create highly efficient modern spaces which stand the test of time. From garden rooms and offices made from SIP panels with superior levels of insulation and weather proofing, natural protection and aging qualities of wood such as western red cedar with expected lifespan of 60 years, thermally efficient and sound reducing triple glazing and even installation of wood burning stoves and external fireplaces, we are able to provide a wide range of solutions to meet your exact requirements.
